1. Digital Products

All purchases made through the Recon Roleplay Tebex Store are for digital goods, services, and in-game content. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once a package, vehicle, rank, or other benefit has been delivered.

Refund requests made through PayPal, banks, or payment providers without first contacting staff may result in a permanent ban from Recon Roleplay and removal of all purchased content.

3. Vehicle Delivery

Certain vehicles and packages require manual delivery by a member of staff.

Customers must open a support ticket in the Recon Roleplay Discord and provide their Tebex transaction ID if instructed by the package description.

Delivery times may vary depending on staff availability.

4. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct in-game character information when making a purchase.

Recon Roleplay is not responsible for purchases made to the wrong account or character due to incorrect information being supplied.

5. Rule Compliance

Purchasing content from the Tebex Store does not exempt any player from server rules.

Staff reserve the right to suspend or remove access to purchased content if a player is permanently banned for violating server rules.

No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

6. Vehicle Restrictions

Donor and exclusive vehicles may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or traded to other players unless explicitly approved by server management.

Limited edition vehicles remain subject to their stated ownership limits.

7. Changes to Packages

Recon Roleplay reserves the right to modify, rebalance, replace, or remove vehicles, rewards, and package contents where necessary for server balance, technical reasons, or gameplay improvements.

Where possible, suitable replacements may be provided.

8. Chargebacks

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent transaction may result in:

• Permanent removal of purchased content
• Permanent server ban
• Permanent Discord ban

9. Server Closure

In the event Recon Roleplay ceases operation, purchases are considered support for the server and are not eligible for refunds.

10. Acceptance

By completing a purchase through the Recon Roleplay Tebex Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
